WHO WE ARE: WBIS, an established Woman’s Business Network in Northern Virginia, provides women in business with a results oriented approach for learning, exploring growth strategies and sharing of ideas. We provide monthly luncheons, interactive workshops and community service initiatives to stimulate and bridge professional relationships in the Metropolitan Area.

WHO WE SERVE: Over 1700 women in the metropolitan area frequent WBIS. We retain 70 percent member retention of 3 years or more. Professional support from community business leaders and strategic partnerships in the metropolitan area, greatly contribute to our success. WBIS is the voice and solution reflecting today’s woman’s business environment, supporting their efforts to excel in the marketplace.

WBIS goals are positioned to expose expertise of current members, address challenges women face in their work/life mission and CELEBRATE one anothers success. Increased training and collaborative opportunities are added to our programs , supporting requests of working professionals. We continue to build advocacy for community non-profits as we assisted TigerLily Foundation, Celebrate in Pink, The Barn in Prince William County, Our Daily Bread of Fairfax County and Final Salute Inc. through our NetGIVING Foundation.

The intent of WBIS is to provide a wholesome environment of networking, personal/business training and collaboration amongst attendees.We receive many powerful and transformational testimonials about the impact of our programs and events.
